We believe in treating all our customers fairly. Each order placed is given top priority. Below are our policies on different topics including shipping, international shipping, returns, etc. Please review this page carefully.

Privacy:

D And M will NEVER release, give, or sell any customers information to any other party for any reason. When ordering or sending us an email you can always be assured of your privacy.

Ordering:

Ordering from us is simple. Simply add items to the shopping cart and follow the easy instructions. Through our checkout system you can pay with Google Check Out, Paypal, or Money Orders. Please DO NOT email your credit card number to us because it is not secure. We reserve the right to ask for additional information or obtain a copy of your drivers license and credit card being used for larger first time orders or suspicious orders. All product information on our site is listed as accurate as possible, however, sometime products come in slightly different or with different accessories that what is listed or pictured.

Returns:
Please review or return policy carefully so that in the event something needs to be returned the process goes smoothly. THERE ARE NO RETURNS OF ANY ITEMS IN THE CLOSEOUT SECTION. CERTAIN ITEMS MAY ALSO BE MARKED AS NON RETURNABLE ON THE ITEM PAGE. WE WILL MAKE THIS CLEAR ON THE PAGE IF IT IS A NON RETURNABLE ITEM. When returning, we recommend the buyer insures and gets tracking/delivery confirmation on the returned item. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected items returned to us.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

If your order, or part of your order arrives defective and there is no visual damage to the box you must notify us within 3 business days of receiving it. We will try and troubleshoot the problem and if it is determined that the item needs to be returned we will replace it at no extra cost. Items that come with dead batteries are NOT considered defective. If the buyer would like a refund on a defective item, the item must be returned at his or her expense and there is a 10% administrative fee. Original shipping charges from the actual order are also non refundable. ALL DEFECTIVE ITEMS MUST BE RECEIVED BACK AT OUR WAREHOUSE WITHIN 10 DAYS OR RECEIVING THE GOODS TO QUALIFY FOR AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:
If your order, or part of your order arrives damaged by the carrier we will assist you in filing a claim on your behalf. You must report damaged merchandise to us with 3 business days in order to be eligible. We will then replace the the damaged goods. Should the buyer ask for a refund, the same defective merchandise refund policy applies.

WORKING MERCHANDISE:
We offer an unconditional money back guarantee or exchange on all merchandise for 5 days, however, there is a 20% restocking fee. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition, in the SAME PACKAGING, and contain all the parts/directions (if applicable) that the item(s) were shipped with. The buyer MUST contact us and return the item(s) within 10 days of receiving the goods to qualify. Original shipping from the order, and return shipping are nonrefundable.

Shipping:
All orders are processed within 24-48 business hours for all in stock items. During busy times of the year, such as Christmas, order processing time may take up to 72 hours. All orders include FREE tracking so our customers may track their packages for any size order. UPS does not deliver to PO boxes, therefore, you must provide a street address if you select UPS shipping. While most orders are delivered to you in 1-6 days after shipping, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery because of slow mail. If you prefer a faster methods of shipment, such as next day air those options are also available. Some faster shipping methods may require additional shipping for air packages due to the dimensions of the shipping boxes. We will contact you if this arises. UPS shipments include insurance up to $100. Extra insurance may be purchased, but is NOT included in the UPS rates provided on our site. Should you need more insurance you must email us for the extra cost so we may add it to the total. USPS services do not include any insurance. Should they be lost, we are not responsible. Email us if you want insurance on your USPS shipment.

Shipping Fees:
You have a right to know your shipping fees prior to your purchase from us. To avoid surprises when checking out, our shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order. These fees are for US shipments only. International orders require higher shipping charges and are also calculated with the shopping cart. Some heavier items may incur additional handling fees.

International Orders:
There is a $10 minimum order for international shipment. This is due to the extra time it takes to fill out customs forms. Just add the items you are looking for to the shopping cart to get shipping prices.

Please note that orders outside of the USA will be shipped Airmail or UPS. Although airmail for most countries has an estimated delivery time of 7-14 days, please allow up to 6 weeks for orders to be delivered (Average time being 2 weeks). Packages are sometimes held up in Customs.
